Sonshine Academy
Sonshine Preschool Academy is a mission of Faith Lutheran Church as a community outreach and service to those in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, and the surrounding area. We are dedicated to providing quality, Christ-centered education to three and four-year-olds in a Christian environment.

Lutheran Schools Week January 26-February 1
Did you know that there are more than 1,800 pre-schools, elementary schools and high schools in our Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod? These all are blessed with the public opportunity to proclaim and celebrate God’s work among us. We thank God for this opportunity to share Jesus’ amazing love with children and their families in our own Son Shine
Academy preschool. Our schools are amazing incubators for faithful witness of God’s love for us through Christ by teachers and students alike.

If you would like to register your child for preschool, email [email protected] for a form, or call 319-385-7336 to make an appointment to stop by and chat.  It is never too early to register your child.  Our school year runs from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
